In our current educational climate it has become necessary to educate our students from the
classroom and from home. Today you will learn how to integrate google classroom into your
teaching to seamlessly transition from “face to face” learning to home based learning.

Within our world of learning with technology, it is statistically proven that a majority of
students that are in the classroom or learning from home are using Google Classroom.
According to the New York Times, “Today, more than half the nation’s primary and secondary
school children- more than 30 million children use Google Education apps like gmail,
docs, and Classroom. (Singer, 2017).

Project
Trainees will complete a project created by the instructors to solidify new information provided
to perform seamless integration from F2F to virtual classrooms.

Trainees will break off into groups of two: One group member will answer math questions on
paper and pencil while the other group member works on the same math test via Goformative.

Each trainee will receive around 8 minutes to complete their test as best as they can. This will be
an individual assessment for only the trainee itself.

After the time is up, The following questions will be asked…

Can you take the paper test in a classroom? What about in a virtual setting?

Can you take the GoFormative Test in a classroom? What about in a virtual setting?
