WORLD RADIO DAY 2022
1. RJ-WARS: To celebrate the WORLD RADIO DAY, Electronics project club is

organizing this very interesting event RJ-WARS, which will be held virtually. It is a
non-technical event. It's quite like a Radio talk show where the participants will act
like RJ's and entertain their audience through their performance in a creative and
innovative way. Winners will also be awarded with cash prizes. We hope to have
maximum participation from the students.

2. THE EPIC PRESENTORS (IDEATHON): Firstly Participants have to present

there idea in 2 minutes to the jury in STAGE-1, then after all the participants or
Teams are required to present their idea in form of presentation that is STAGE-2 then
after the evaluation of both the stages winners will be shortlisted.

3. THE IMPOSTER: Each participant will be required to submit and make a poster on
an upcoming festival (example - HOLI). The best poster will be uploaded on the EPC
Instagram page on the day of that festival.

4. WHAT’S THE FIX: This checks the candidate's computer programmer's ability to
debug an erroneous code and fix it. The test provides a set of programs to the
candidate, where they must either debug them or right new functionality based on the
given functions and code. It tests the candidate's skill of being able to understand code
written by someone else, be able to find bugs, and use the code to implement new
functionality. This assessment is available across multiple programming languages.

5. INTER-BRAINS DEBATE COMPETITION: This Competition is a debate

competition which is going to be held on occasion of Radio Day. In this competition
we are going to raise a motion (TOPIC) in the house, and then we will give a option
to house members to be in a favor of a motion or against a motion. After which we
will give a chance to each one of the members of a house to keep his/her point of view
on the motion and so on the debate will go.

6. CLIP YOUR DESIRE: It is a non-technical event by EPC on Radio Day 2022.

Participants will make a short video clip (1 – 1:30 seconds) on any non-technical topic
like environmental issues, climate change, economy, social issues etc.

7. IOT WORKSHOP: It is a technical WORKSHOP by EPC on Radio Day 2022.

Participants will get introduction with some project ideas and implementation using
Arduino and sensors for projects.
Day 1 - IoT Introduction and application.
Day 2 - Hands on Robotic projects with Arduino

8. JOCKEY HUNT: It will be a non-technical event by EPC on Radio Day 2022.

Jockey Hunt is basically a verbal event in this we would be calling participants and
displaying them images. All the participants would be given about 1 min to think and
look at that image and after that they must speak on that image in the form of story. It
would be like picture perception.
