Rule 1. Simple sentences can be very short, consisting of only one word (a noun) for the
subject and one word (a verb) for the predicate. The noun is called the simple
subject, and the verb is the simple predicate Example : Akmal Runs at morning
Rule 2. Simple sentences can be long, although they still consist of one subject (a noun
and modifiers) and one predicate (a verb and other elements). The noun is called
the simple subject, and the verb is the simple predicate.
Rule 3. Simple sentences can be declarative or interrogative Example : Akmal runs at
morning (declarative), Does Akmal runs at morning (Introgative)
Rule 4. Simple sentences can be long, although they still consist of one subject (a noun
and modifiers) and one predicate (a verb and other elements). The noun is called
the simple subject, and the verb is the simple predicate Example : The strongest
Akmal Does bicep curl with one of his friends
Rule 5. Simple sentences can have a verb in any tense (past, present, future). Mood
(indicate or imperative), or voice (active or passive) Example :
My friend buy shoes at the mall on monday. (present)
My friend did bought I watch at the last week. (past)
My cousin will jogging with me on tuesday. (future)
Rule 6. Simple sentences can have a compound predicate.
Marianne sang, danced, and played the violin with equal competence, passion, and
enthuism. (compound predicate)
Rule 7. Simple sentences can have both a compound subject and a compound predicate.
The mashed avocado, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, and
lemon-flavored pepper should be blended thoroughly, whipped briefly for a light
consistency, and served with warm tortillas. (compound subject and compound
predicate)

DERIVASI: Kata benda yang terbentuk dari jenis kata lain misalnya dari
verb, adjective, adverb yang ditambah akhiran tertentu (sufiks).

 Noun phrase kata benda yang mendapat rangkaian kata-kata penjelas, atau
serangkaian kata yang berintikan kata benda. Ada 2 ragam noun phrase; left-
handed noun phrase dan right-handed noun phrase

 13 Desember 2021 Comparison of simple past and Present Perfet :
- If Present Perfect decided activition that has already happened without time indicator
and then usually used to action at the recently and If Simple Past The simple past
tense, sometimes called the preterite, is used to talk about a completed action in a
time before now. The simple past is the basic form of past tense in English. The time
of the action can be in the recent past or the distant past and action duration is not
important.
- The striking difference is that the present perfect has occurred recently, if the simple
past has occurred and there is a time indicator in use
