Brief Description of the Project

Almost all people loves to celebrate something special part of

their lives, including debut, weddings, and other occasions as well.
There are corporations and company that constantly showing up to the
market providing services they can offer to thousands of possible
costumers. Now the owner of this company come up with the idea why not
this company be a total package for its future clients. Debut and
weddings are really big occasions that filipino’s loves to celebrate
especially debuts. Many young girls dream of having their debut party
on their 18th birthday because it is a commonly observed in Philippine
tradition to womanhood, since the age 18 is considered the age of
maturity in the Philippines. However in males its celebrated in their
21st birthday but it's not often celebrated by males but it depends on
the celebrants. And also for the most awaited moment in a women's
life, a wedding that filipino's really takes seriously as 80% of
filipino's are catholic. If there is a wedding of course there is a
reception that would really stress out the bride and the groom if they
were there to plan everything.

As the company is conceptualized this event company is a total

package that will help debutants, parents, and soon to be husband and
wife and as well business holders to have less hassle in planning
their special events. Having little or no idea about what to expect,
trying your best to figure out how to organize the event properly,
from production timelines for the event to booking a venue in time is
indeed planning an event will really be stressful.

Event planners know how important organizational skills are in

planning and executing a successful event. That's why the Total Event
Productions will come in handy not only the company will do all the

wants to hire the company. The company aims not only to provide good
quality services but also wants the best for their future clients as
they make it the best time of their lives, it's on a budget but that
not makes the company worth trying.

struggles with the pandemic. The company also considered the situation
in terms of marketing that lead to the usage of social media platforms
in terms of marketing. The company uses Facebook, Instagram, and other
ways to promote the business. Regardless on the safety of the
employees and clients the company will practice safety protocols and
handle every detail before operating any events to make sure the
safety of everyone. Including all the great offers and services of the

and as well the credence of potential clients.

having a lots of potential customers. The purpose of having a
marketing plan is to determine how the business will sell out to
the market. It's not completely a valid way to determine whether
it will succeed or not but it’s a strategy to provide the best
possible results. It helps the business to reach and connect with
the target and potential clients for the company to ultimately
grow in the long run. Marketing is important because without it,
a business simply will not be knowned because it won’t be seen by
the public.

1.1 Description of the Offered Events

Creating an extraordinary budget friendly events is the

company's trademark. Total Event Productions will be one of the
highly recommended event planning company in the province that
will soon begin to grow more in the country. From finding the
right entertainment for the guess and the celebrants and create a
truly memorable experience the Total Event Productions is there
to make it happened.
