dealing with the community?
Answer :
The public relation of the PNP Organization to the
the community is the safety and protection from
the bad people or the criminals.
2) What are the insights have you learned from
PCR Manual (posted on quipper) that will help you
to become a good policeman/woman in the
future?or
Answer :
Yes for me it may help to us specially for me being
a policeman someday because they teach the
good attitude and it can help to understand the
law and protocol being a great and successful
police man.

1.What are your insights on Chapter 1, 2, and 3?

Answer
My insight about the chapter 1,2 and 3. Chapter 1
tackled about direction setting and to know the
important policy statement and legal basis. And
the chapter 2 tacked about PCRism: community
oriented policing and ideology and activities in
community policing and also the important basic
principles of community policing and the chapter
3 tackled about overview of the pnp revised PCR
master plan including the Two- prong strategy of
the revised PCR master plan, external targets,
Evolution of PCR policy plans.

*PRINCIPLE NO. 1 - PREVENTION OF CRIME IS THE
BASIC MISSION OF THE POLICE. being an police
man that is our number one mission to prevent
the crime of our country, city and to our own
baranggays.
*PRINCIPLE NO. 2 - POLICE MUST BE RESPECTED
BY THE COMMUNITY. We need to be respected by
the people because we are working under the
government and we have a law to respect the all
member or a worker under the government.
*PRINCIPLE NO. 3 - A CITIZENS RESPECT FOR LAW
DEVELOPS HIS RESPECT FOR THE POLICE. as what
i said earlier respect the people who working
under the government because that's have a law
that we need to obey and follow.
*PRINCIPLE NO. 7 - THE POLICE ARE THE PUBLIC
AND THE PUBLIC ARE THE POLICE. the police
should maintain a relationship with the public
that's gives reality to the historic tradition that the
police are the public and the public are the police.
*PRINCIPLE NO. 8 - POLICE REPRESENTS THE LAW.
the police should always direct their action strictly
towards their functions and never appear to
usurp the powers of the judiciary by avenging
individuals or the state.
*PRINCIPLE NO. 9 - THE ABSENCE OF CRIME AND
DISORDER IS THE TEST OF POLICE EFFECIENCY.
the test of the police efficiency is the absence of
crime and disorder not the visible evidence of
police action in dealing with them.

stage of the cycle include the following.
Openly sharing your policies.
Maintaining accurate records of police
misconduct through internal affairs case
management. 
Rapidly sharing body camera footage and other
evidence of officer behavior.

implementation of peace and order plan?
Answer:
 Introduction. The National Telecommunications
Commission (NTC) was created by virtue of
Executive Order (EO) No. 546 dated July 23, 1979.
It is the sole body that exercises jurisdiction over
the supervision, adjudication and control of
telecommunications services throughout the

1) RA 8551 is the Reformed Law of the PNP which

so that it will be able to deliver better services to
be members of the community by maintaining
peace and order and ensuring public safety.

3) How to deal with the media? for me dealing in

the media is how to use and apply it in your life
like nowadays media is very important especially
to us a student if we did'nt know how to use
media our future become a trash because coping
in the media is very important in everyday life.
4) PCR Master Plan Tagataguyod” provides the
guidelines and procedures in the overall strategy
on Police Community Affairs and Development
(PCADD) which emphasizes on intensifying
community support and raising positive public
trust and perception of the organization towards
a safer and more secure community through
effective crime prevention and crime solution
activities. Further it will bring forth a more
comprehensive policy adapts to fast changing
environment amid technological shifts and socio-
cultural transformation in an information society,
as well intensifies police community partnerships
as the key to ensuring security, public order and
safety.
5) The PNP shall enforce the law, prevent and
control crimes, maintain peace and order, and
ensure public safety and internal security with the
active support of the community.

1) The intelligence cycle determines the daily
activities of the Intelligence Community. It starts
with the needs of the intelligence "consumers'
such as policymakers, military officials, and other
decision makers who need intelligence for their
activities.
2) We want to inculcate to our PNP personnel the
PNP core values of makaDiyos (pro-God),
makabayan (pro-nation), and we really need the
help of the faith-based community for our values
formation program and character development.
