Hey There,
Thanks for enrolling in the ‘Self-Discovery and Goal Setting Program’ and welcome to the
Habit and Happiness Community. I am so pleased to have you here with me.
Congratulations on taking this first step towards transforming your life. I’m positive, this is
going to be an absolutely amazing journey.
The program has been designed with simple and clear action steps for you to take on a
daily basis. If done with intent, faith and dedication, these steps will truly help you create a
life of joy, passion, love, success and harmony.
I’m excited to take this journey with you. I also want to thank you for allowing me the
privilege to be a part of your life. In time, you will understand the potential these processes
have to create positive changes in your life. I do have one request from you; please be
patient with yourself. At first, it may seem a bit overwhelming. Do not expect results
overnight. Keep it fun. Your results will come as you walk through the step-by-step
process, while consistently working to better yourself.
I wish you success, love, joy, inner peace, bliss and happiness. Go for it and create the life of

To do this exercise, use a timer and give yourself a maximum of 90 seconds for each question.
1. What would I want to experience in life time and money were not an issue?
6. If I achieved all of my life’s goals how would I feel? How can I feel that along the way?
7. What is most important in my life? What do I value the most? What am I most passionate about?
10. What do others admire in me the most? What unique gift do I want to share with the world?
What are my top 5 values? If you don’t know ask five people who know you well.

Step 1: After answering questions 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 and 9 define and craft your life vision in a paragraph
or two. Your vision defines what you love to do, be, give, create, feel or share.
Create something that inspires you and do not try to make it perfect. There is no right or wrong
way to describe your ultimate vision.
A mission statement defines your essence and the mark you’d like to leave on the world. The
right mission statement for you will inspire you to jump out of bed with passion to live your life
with purpose.
Step 1: Identify past successes (Check question 11) Step 2: Identify your core values (questions 7,
8 and 10) Step 3: Identify what you want to contribute (question 3) Step 4: Identify your goals
(questions 1, 2 and 9).

Create a mind map of your goals. To live a happy and joyful life, it is important to set goals for every
