First of all we want to thank Almighty ALLAH for helping us to


complete this project.
In completing our project, we had to take the help and guideline
of our respected teacher, who deserve our greatest gratitude.
The completion of this project gives us much pleasure. We
would like to show our gratitude to Sir ARSALAN HASHMI for
giving us a good guideline for project throughout numerous
consultations. We would also like to expand our deepest
gratitude to all those who have directly and indirectly guided us
in writing this project.
Many people, especially our classmates and team members
itself, have made valuable comment suggestions on this proposal
which gave us an inspiration to improve our project. We thank
all the people for their help directly and indirectly to complete
our project.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

HANIFA cafe is a cafeteria founded in 2015 to provide food that


supports the health of people in a reasonable price. We provide
best quality breakfast, brunch and lunch items. Our target
customers include campus staff and students. Our competition
is comprised of street hawkers, and nearby restaurants. We serve
minimum 100 customers on a daily basis. The HANIFA café is
the alternative to fast food, commercial, coffee shops. We earn a
profit of approximate 6 million PKR per year.

INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS

We are going to start a cafeteria inside Pakistan Air Force –


Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, City campus.
The purpose of this cafeteria actually is to facilitate campus
staff and students with the quality food in a reasonable price
along with different varieties.

VISION

To provide food that supports the health of people.

MISSION

To maintain a clean, comfortable and well maintained


premises for our staff and students. To provide at a fair
price-nutritional, well-prepared meals - using only quality
ingredients. To ensure that all students and staff are treated
with the respect. We shall be assured of a fair profit that will
allow us to contribute to the community we serve.

SWOT ANALYSIS

STRENGTH
1. Our basic strength is our location which is PAF-KIET.
2. We have our own chefs which will provide quality food.

WEAKNESS
1. We are newly born business.
2. We have huge highly experienced competitor in the same
PAF-KIET campus standing ahead.

OPPORTUNITIES
We can further start tea time and dinner for evening students
also.

THREATS
Existing cafeteria can upgrade their services.
