1. A) Pancasila is the foundation ideology of our country the soul of life

philosophy of Indonesian people so it is related to national spirit by raising
the people love and believe in Pancasila we can strengthen the national
spirit of Indonesian, but religion is difficult at same time religion proven by
history can be a powerful uniting tools even between different race but from
history it is also proven the radical believe in religion caused more harm
than good for many countries in short run if we use religion we can
strengthen national spirit of Indonesian people but in long run the
dependence use of religion to increase national spirit can make a radical
believer that will instead questioning the national spirit that didn’t follow what
that religion believe and another thing if we use religion to increase the spirit
of nationalism only the majority religion believer will be affected, while
Indonesia also consist of minorities religion (it can cause socio-cultural
problem), also in these modern times there are many people who didn’t use
religion as their main way of life, so in conclusion Pancasila is the best way
to strengthen national spirit, it has role to unite all of Indonesian people, it
has role to be guide on how Indonesia moving forward, it has role to unite
ethnics and religion giving harmony between people.

B) As identity, ideology, and philosophy in the future Pancasila as

foundation of our country will still be relatable it call about unity and
tolerance, unity in difference but for ideal of country in future it might need
adjustment following how the newer generation character is so it is still
relatable to their period of time adjusting without losing the essence of it the
unity in difference fortunately Pancasila has characteristics as open ideology
so the value of it can be developed in accordance to the era in the future so
it can adjust to maintain the national security preventing it become obsolete
from the newer generation.

2. A) Through digital platform I find people who took interest in recent policies
government implemented, also sometimes do social experiment how people
in Indonesia react to recent political problem or tension both in country and
outside country, but I try not to use much of social media because social
media usually filled with people who spread news for their own agenda or
people full of statements without facts or study to back it up, I prefer do it in
real life like when I join lawatan sejarah nasional we discuss how history
affect the policies Indonesia implement on international relations

B) I use line platform usually but I also use discord, I use line since it has
many users nationally and internationally and discord is easy way to make a
channel of discussion

C) This is an interesting question, younger generation do will be the future of

the country so it is mandatory the younger generation understand the
country condition but it does not mean younger generation should be the
spear of political movements, younger generation still has less experience
and naivety of idealistic view, it is good to have idealistic view but it need to
be accompanied by realistic view and many younger generation did not
have that instead younger generations used by people who actually do the
political movement as the spear and shield for their agenda we have
example from our own country history regarding this where the younger
generation who is very bold leading others to protest on corruption now
become the corruptor instead, so the part of younger generation in politics is
big because they need to understand what happen to the country but it does
not mean the younger generation should be the lead actor in politic because
the lack of experience their opinion should be matter as the future of the
country but it does not mean it is the country really need.

3. A) We chose that location North Penajam Paser and Kutai Kartanegara

because it is located centred of the country another main reason is due to
Kalimantan vacancies of activities while it is bigger than java but 60 percent
population and most economy traffic happen in java while in Kalimantan has
less traffic while it is way bigger than java, there also the problem regarding
crisis of clean water supply in java back in 2016 and there are less seismic
activities there so it means less earthquake, thus the reason we choose that
location

B) After throughout analysis, in perspectives of national identity moving
capital will only change the capital location our national identity is still the
same we are republic build upon a foundation of Pancasila we will still have
same flag, same anthem and same national language instead we need to
see it more to integration perspective we have the opportunity to integrate
more people from outside java, by building capital outside java we show
them we want to align the welfare of all Indonesian people.

C) The moving capital will impact how the local people live especially on
culture, the moving imply that the region will be advancing into modern time
that might have some disagreement with local culture, the local will need to
readjust how they live since there will be a great change in their social life,
the moving will probably followed by migration too so many newcomers will
come to the local people life, a problem of social economy disparities
jealousy may happen between local and newcomers and don’t forget the
possibilities of discontent if the development does not involved the local and
instead making the local as the lower economy class but with careful
management and planning the local may assimilated and have a harmony
relationship with the newcomers and they need to learn to adapt to the
change without forgetting their cultural roots.

4. A) In case of binary options from Indonesian UU regarding trading first verse

second points, it does not fulfil the requirement to be called as trading
commodity thus it is hard for the government back then to decide where
does binary options stand since the people sell it as commodity not to
mention most of the platforms is not registered properly in BAPPEBTI
beside that the verse also mention regarding contract from one subject to
another subject this is also a problem since in law a commodity trading must
have contracts between those who involved that fulfil the KUHPerdata rules
of contract KUHPerdata no 1313 where the agreement must entangled all
those involved and in number 1338 verse 1 agreement that made legally
must be followed by those who involved and then in number 1457 it state
that trading is an agreement that entangled those who is involved until it was
fulfilled but in binary option the contract is almost non existent the involved
does not know each others since they use certain platform to trade.

B) After analysing the legal systems the main weakness we can see that
there is no specific law regarding the trading in digital platform where in
modern times some trading happen in digital place and there are no specific
task force from governments to watch and protect people who using it thus
the late reaction from police force and another weakness is the prosecutor
can’t prosecute the illegal trading platform since no detail info on him and
the said person could be living overseas where our law can’t be applied to
the said person.

C) After analysing the weakness the first order to be addressed is the law
that need to be made regarding digital platform trading or update the already
existing one then we make a task force that specialize in that field then we
need to addressed a protection for those who doing digital trading through a
platform and the requirement of platform to register and complying to
Indonesia law if they doing something illegal and providing they have office
in Indonesia.
