My approach to build a good relation with these influencers and brands are:

I constantly update brands with new trends and faces in the market which helps the brand to attract
wider market by staying in the trend. I also take deep care of their cost and budgets which makes
them come to IPLIX more often.

I also choose influencers by studying and researching deep about their past events and
collaborations. This helps me to understand what products and brands they like working with. Also I
help influencers to negotiate Better and offer them the project range according to their demand and
capabilities while keeping in mind the Profits of IPLIX.

SOLUTION 4.

The stagnant growth of Mamaearth indicates that the previous methodologies and ideation are not
working anymore and new changes are required immediately.

The two plans which I would like IPLIX to incorporate would be:

1. For sustenance of the brand: I would like IPLIX to advertise Mamaearth on its own page and
increase the frequency of ads on other social media platforms.
2. For growth prospects: brining in new and fresh faces and changing the advertisement style
would help.

SOLUTION 5.
My approach will wholly be dependent on the contract signed by the parties. In my opinion, the
brand already knew what kind of tone the influencer and his/her channel use, and it’s not the fault
of the influencer. But since our money and reputation is at stake, I will try to negotiate.

On my part, I can offer the influencer to re-pitch the whole thing and do it according to the brand’s
needs and in return give him/her the assurance of receiving more brand collaborations from my side
and making him/her the priority influencer of IPLIX.

Also, I will try to persuade the brand into keeping the influencer and his/her video by highlighting
the good points the influencer has and the market value he will create.

These are some of the present steps I will be taking to tackle the situation. To avoid such situations
happening in the future, I will make sure the two parties have full information before signing the
contract so that none of them remains unsatisfied with the work. I will make an extra effort to make
sure both of them knows and fully understand each other’s work and requirements.
