Greetings from your current TIBFI Board!
Thank you for attending our recent webinar. We are reaching out to potential
members that TIBFI will be electing its new set of officers during our coming GMM
on April 26, 2022. Due to COVID 19, the current board is on holdover capacity.
Please find attached the GMM Notice. We will also have our usual webinar series on
this date.
Kindly refer to the attached TIBFI Constitution and By-laws found in Annex A of
this letter. Only Founding and Regular Members (associations) can nominate. A list
of the nominees, including their picture and bio profile, will be sent members as soon
as the nominations have been confirmed.
In preparation for this election, may we request you to update your membership status
by :
• Paying your membership fees for 2022. Please disregard if you have paid
already. As part of TIBFI’s commitment to help our Tourism stakeholders,
members who paid in 2021 get a waived membership for 2022.
• Accomplishing the Membership Update Form (Annex B of this letter)

Eleonor Ogarte privilege to vote. Also, only official representatives from organizations in good
National Union of Workers in Hotels, Restaurantand standing may vote. The email address of the authorized representative will be used
