Case Study and Practicum Work
The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition requires the completion of 14 case studies in
order to graduate. While completing these I was able to gain the following skills:

· November 2008 – Health Unit Volunteer: recorded client information at Flu Clinics, weekly
participation at Child Health Clinic weighing babies and recording information
· April 2011 – Ultimate Student Challenge at Thompson Rivers University, helping set up
and take down, monitoring stations

Work Experience:
November 2018 – March 2020:
Barista & Production Assistant: Milano Coffee Roasters
Daily duties include: making various coffee based drinks, serving customers, using iPad
based retail computer system, cleaning and tidying café, filling orders for various businesses
and distributors, speaking face to face with delivery men and Canada Post, e-mailing and
phoning clients and customers when needed
August 2016 – May 2017:
Production Assistant, Table Lead, and First Aid Attendant: LUSH Cosmetics Limited,
Vancouver, B.C
Daily duties include: pouring, un-moulding, and packaging product, organizing and setting
up for future product pouring, delegating people under my supervision to do certain tasks in
a timely and efficient manner, completing work sheets with simple arithmetic and
knowledge of the products, cleaning and organizing of the working space, inventory help
when needed, constant communication with supervisors, manager, and product
compounders for efficient production, first aid duties (take employee to first aid room to
assess and fill out first aid sheet and send them back to work if applicable)
June 2008 – 2016:

Daily duties include: measuring and weighing up bulk materials, lifting heavy bags into
customers vehicles, maintenance and watering of plants, providing excellent assistance to

Word and Exel, SmartVendor, and Bartender Pro, receiving stock and getting
it out onto the floor effectively and efficiently, data entry, handling money and
balancing cash float, answering phones.
