Project 6 (On Site) : R1013-2C Improvement of Al Shindagha Corridor - Main Bridge up to Sep’19
Position (Project) : Lead Planner (Reporting to Project Director)
Client : Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai
Consultant : PARSONS Overseas Limited , Project Cost - AED 355.2 Million (GBP 72 million)
Project Details : construction of the main crossing bridge over the Dubai Creek with 6 lanes in each
direction as part of the Al Shindagha Corridor improvement. The crossing is a fixed high
bridge clearing a navigational channel 15m in height and 75 meters in width. The proposed
bridge shall be constructed in balanced cantilever method to avoid the disturbance to the
creek navigation.
Project 5 (On Site) : Design Build of Deep Tunnel Storm Water System Main Tunnel (EPC) Sep’17 to Feb’19
Position (Project) : Senior Planning Engineer (Reporting to Project Director, Leading a team of two Planners)
Client : Dubai Municipality , Drainage & Irrigation department (Approved by DM)
Design Consultant : COWI, Engineer – Stantec UK Limited, Project Cost - AED 1.30 Billion (GBP 263 million)
Project Details : Design Build of 10.5 km long segmental storm water tunnel by TBMs, Tunnel internal
diameter 10m, 3 nos. 45m deep Construction Deep Shaft, 1 no drop Shaft, 1.5km Micro
tunnelling (3m ID), Tunnel Segment Precasting and GRP kiosk and related SCADA &
electromechanical works. Necessary Utility diversion and Traffic Management.
Responsibilities (Lead Planner/ Senior Planning Engineer and Project Control) – In BESIX Project Site:
Developing Project Design Schedule, Project Baseline Schedule, Take-off quantity calculation, Cost and Resource loading
on Primavera P6. Preparing high-level Project Baseline Schedule Time Chainage diagram in TILOS and periodical updates.
MIS reporting using advance MS-Excel. Labour Productivity rates monitoring & Crew movement planning for
critical activities. Preparing Revised Programme and Micro Programme, Change Scope implementation in baseline
Schedule. Earn Value Management , Change Scope Management.
Revised Construction Schedule with narrative and presentation, Time impact analysis (TIA), Window analysis for
various delay events for EOT clams with narratives. Incorporating Variation Orders (VOs) in Baseline Schedule.
Weekly & Monthly Progress report, Cash Flow & Budget Forecasting, S-Curve, Interface Matrix and Project Dashboard.
Setup Progress monitoring procedures (Reporting formats, Cloud Database, Reporting Systems), Setup and
monitor Project Key performance Indicator (KPI), NOC log, Deliverables Log and Procurement Log.
Conducting Progress Meetings, Risk Management workshops, Interface and Claims/Commercial Meetings.
Keeping close watch on Critical Activities of Project and updating Project Manager/Stakeholders on any risk
foreseen by regular site visit and keeping good communication with site execution team and Stakeholders.

Project Details : Construction of 663 nos. prefabricated Villas (G+1 and G+2, 5 bed + Majlish - VIP, VVIP
Villas) All structure, finishing and MEP works. Landscaping and utility works (Fire Water network, Strom Water
network, LV/MV network, other underground Utility network). Substations, Pumping Station, Masque and Road
works & Children play area.
6 x G+7 Residential building - Structure, MEP and Façade works. Related Utility networks, access road and
landscape.
Project – 3 : Expansion of Midfield Terminal Abu Dhabi International Airport (build only)

Project – 2 : Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC) Railway construction (EPC).

Position (On Site) : Planning Engineer/Project Coordinator (Reporting to Project Planning Manager)
Client : Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (Indian Railway)
Consultant : IRCON, India, Project Cost: INR 60 Billion (Biggest Contract in Indian) (GBP 600 million)
Project Details: Western Dedicated Freight Corridor or Western DFC is a freight corridor under construction in
India by Indian Railways. Sojitz-L&T Consortium involves construction of 626 km of a double track Railway line.
India's largest Design & Build railway project. Major River Bridge, Elevated Structure, Retaining Wall, Embankment
& Tunnel.
Responsibilities:
o Construction scheduling, preparing WBS, Monitoring Progress using Primavera P6 & MS Project software.
o Finding Critical Path of project and close monitor the same, set milestone for the Project.
o Coordinate with internal department, Client & consultant for the proposals & their comments.
o Preparation of Daily, Weekly and monthly progress report for client & higher management.
o Preparing MS Presentation, Cash Flow, S-Curve regularly.
