SECTION 1: Question: How did you hear about the vacancy in our company here?

"Well, at this time with my family we decided to move city due to personal issues and I decided to
undertake a search for new job opportunities where I can show all my skills my interests and my
passion, I like to work with people and serve people in need. Searching for new job offers I found
this website and found out about the vacancy available, that's why I thought of applying for it”.

SECTION 2: Question: What else do you know about our company?

“I know that it has been serving the community for a long time, and really the most important
thing that caught my attention was the idea of improvement and innovation in social security
issues, giving importance to the less favored”.

GUION 3: Question: Why do you want this particular position within our customer service
department?

“Because I want to start in a position that allows me to be at the service of others and thus allow
me to learn everything that is needed to undertake in a company as important as yours, from the
most basic level of interaction with people, management and project development and thus
achieve the consolidation of new social and community development programs. I think I have the
skills and I can contribute to the company”.

SCRIPT 4: Question: Can you tell me a little bit more about the skills that you transfer from your
previous line of work to our department here?

"Sure, in my previous job I developed the same tasks of this position in this sense I have worked to
provide people with help in social projects that allow them to generate a personal, social and
economic development, in this company I would develop the same activities with experience
already demonstrated previously and I know that I would achieve without any problem the
proposed objectives”.

SCRIPT 5: Question: Why do you believe that our company should hire you

specifically from our candidate pool?

“One of the skills I have is my experience in education and customer service, people who come
requesting my service find in my work the advice they are looking for to carry out their projects to
a successful conclusion obtaining the expected results, this company offers a series of social
services that help improve the quality of life of people and their families, I am sure that, once I
advance in the company, I will be able to venture into different areas always with positive results
for the growth of the company and my professional and personal career”.
