WORKERS

1. Only workers with registered names are eligible to enter premises using this work permit.

2. Any new worker entering park will be responsibility of tenant and supervisor

REGULATIONS TO BE FOLLOWED

GENERAL

1. No furniture/ partition work to be carried out inside the premises (only assembly permitted)

2. No hot work like welding/ gas cutting permitted. No

Gas cylinders allowed, unless specific permission is obtained. Hot work permit to be taken for welding, gas
cutting, working at height etc.

3. No toxic chemicals / materials such as thinner, kerosene, and petrol will be allowed inside.

4. Granite/ marble cutting is not permitted inside and to use only precut slabs/tiles.

5. All noise making activities such as drilling, hacking, etc., permitted only between (time)
non operational hours
Drilling strictly prohibited wherever tendon marks in the sealing with red lines.

6. Removal of debris and waste to be carried out on daily basis/immediately after completion of work.

7. Housekeeping to be effective at all times.

8. All workers to use only staircase.

9. All workers to strictly use designated toilets only, no other toilets shall be used.

10. Work permit will be issued for the maximum duration of 7 days only.

11. All material movement IN / OUT of SEZ area is at the sole discretion of the authorized SEZ officer.

12. All material movements IN / OUT of SEZ / STPI / any other government notified area is at the sole discretion
of the authorized relevant officer

13. We (Tenant, its contractor, its employees or agents) hereby agree and undertake to keep the Owner /
Company / Entity fully indemnified in respect of all claims, losses, liabilities or damages made against, suffered
or incurred
by the Owner/ Company/ Entity as a result of a breach by the tenant, its contractor, its employees or
agents, of the terms and conditions, requirements and work procedures mentioned in the brief or as a result of
the works undertaken by the contractor for
fitting-out the side premises. Contractor emergency contact details
will be displayed at the entrance of the fit out unit. List of workers being deployed at the site to be submitted to
the security while collecting the entry tokens.

14. We hereby declare that (Tenant, its contractor, its employees or agents) will be liable against any loss or
damage caused to any third party including ASIPL as a result of any act or omission by the tenant, its contractor
its employees or agents and a common declaration work permit (Letter No) 30601 Dated 2022-03-09 to 2022-
03-15
authorizing the contractor, its employees or agents has been issued the tenant and the tenant thereby
indemnity the owner / Company / Entity against all claims made as a result of such act or omission by the
tenant. We tenant, its contractor, its employees
or agents) shall make good the damage to the property of the
company caused by him, his workmen, employees, servants or agents and compensate the damage.

15. No lifts to be used during the fit-out period, expect good lifts or services lifts if available. Staircase to be used
for goods movement. Work to be carried out with personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow the safety
regulations.

16. Fire extinguishers are to be kept at the work area.

17. Deviation from the above leads to withdrawal of the work permit.

18. In case of fire, action to put off the fire to be taken by the respective supervisor & immediately evacuate the
premises & inform the concerned in-charge of client &
ITPL helpdesk at 41880200 ,& for Park Square FCC call at
080-41880625. If any of these conditions have been found to be violated at any time, the work permit will be
withdrawn and a penalty amount of Rs.5000/- shall be imposed on every incident of violation.
