Self-Care Lesson Reflection:
1. Why did you choose this activity?
- Because it is easy and it doesn’t take a lot of my time.

2. How did it make you feel? Explain your answer, a one word response is not sufficient.
- After doing 10 mins of walking and running I felt more energetic and refresh.

3. Do you think you should/could include this into your daily routine? Why/Why not?
- Maybe, why not? I enjoyed doing 10 minutes of walking and running while listening to music. It just
refreshes my mind.

4. Would you recommend this activity to someone else to try? Why/Why not?
- Yes. Because I want them to feel the positive thing that I felt when I did these simple exercises.

5. Find two other activities that you could try.

- Colour in a Mandala puzzle—this one. Because I really love coloring and I just know that this will
help me relax my mind.

6. Share this document with your completed reflection by submitting to compass for your form teacher to
