among young people. What are some solutions to tackle this issue?

->There is a proven fact that the state of loneliness in young generations is becoming more and
more popular than ever as compared to other age groups. This psychological matter is
attributable to various reasons in life, and definitely triggers a number of severe consequences
such as a high risk of depression, pressure and isolation. This essay will shine light on/ throw
light on/ shed light on several root causes of this matter as well as offer some plausible/ viable/
feasible/ proper solutions to overcome it.

First of all, the above serious issue is rooted in numerous different reasons/ To begin
with, there are some reasonable explanations for why this metal illness is becoming more and
more prevalent among young people. The first and foremost causative factor is that many
young people receive inadequate care, support and sharing from their parents and other
beloveds. Together with the nonstop development of society and the faster and more
dramatic pace of life, everyone including parent generations seems to be more occupied with
their work to build up a stable life. Consequently, they hardly have sufficient time to take care
of themselves as well as share with others around them, especially their children. This is
unquestionably the prominent cause making the young feel so lost, lonely and more isolated
in the hustling world. Secondly, the choice of living in a more virtual world formulated due to
the significant popularity of social networks is also another understandable reason leading to
the increasing feeling of loneliness among youngsters. It seems that young people have a
preference for building up connections with other people, even with those who come from
other parts of the world, on social media such as Facebook or IG. This accidentally formulates
an invisible boundary between the young and the outer world and gradually the young realize
that they are becoming isolated in this unreal world. The fact is that sometimes, these virtual
relationships do not help them properly solve their personal obstacles and struggles in life.

However, all of the mental illnesses can be cured and the feeling of loneliness is not an
exception by applying several feasible ways as follows. First, those who feel immensely lonely
and depressed should seek for opportunities to engage in more activities with the participation
of many people. More specifically, these young people can get involved in socially-connected
clubs related to doing voluntary work and building up confidence in front of the crowd. These
activities definitely bring them a chance to experience more and even have a deeper
understanding of themselves and others around, which is so beneficial to them since they can
easily look for authentic relationships and make friends with like-minded people. it is more
effective for them to find a psychological expert to give them right and precious guidance. From
that, youngsters can easily acknowledge their mental illness and follow a proper procedure of
treatment to overcome it….

their own world. Furthermore, Personality may also play a role since some introverts may find it
so difficult to socialize with others, so these people may lack social connections and this is one
of the contributing factors of the feeling of isolation and depression.

However, this mental illness can be overcome with some feasible solutions as follows. The first
viable way is building quality relationships. Obviously, having a few close friends is enough to
reduce loneliness since close friends can increase actual interactions by joining in clubs and
activities together. For example, friends can share moments with each other through some
journeys and this way can help young people become more physically-connected. Besides,
joining community services and voluntary activities are some other ways to mitigate (reduce) the
feeling of loneliness. These situations present (cause) great opportunities to meet new people and
cultivate new friendships as well as increase social interactions.

In conclusion, loneliness and depression are the consequence of various causes including
external factors such as living environments and internal ones such as personalities. However,
this illness can be solved by several ways as aforementioned.

great opportunities to meet people and cultivate new friendships and social interactions.

- Focus on developing quality relationships. Seek people who share similar attitudes, interests,
