But first let’s read the

Step 1: Watch the trailer of the movie “The secret life of pets 2”

• Choose the scenes that you like most from the video.

• Each person of the group must choose a character to describe and

make a paragraph with the action verbs seen in the video.

STEP 2: Review the grammar tense of the Present Continuous to make

the sentences that you are going to include in your paragraphs.
• Use the structure about the Present Continuous in the third person.
• Use the action verbs from this lesson.

Examples:
My little pet is playing with the ball.

The cat is dressing up as a super hero.

Step 3: Write your paragraphs, remember to mention the character’s

names and the actions they are doing.
• Each paragraph should be between 60-80 words.
• Remember to use the correct spelling of the words and punctuation.
• Use some of these linkers: also, so, and, in addition, but, finally.
 The secret life of pets
What are they doing?
Student 1
The character I'm choosing is the brown dog called “Duke”. In
the video trailer, the dog is brushing his teeth and dressing up
as a super hero. It’s really funny! He’s also singing and dancing
on the street. But what I don’t like about him is when he’s
laughing at the bunny. That’s too bad!. Finally, my favorite part
is when the dog is running around the park very excited.
