Nowadays male and female are given equal

rights and opportunities. We are not classified
by gender regardless if you are a male or a
female you can freely choose what job suits
your skills.

Sometimes in our life we tend to judge

someone without getting the facts first and
most of the time people judge us based on what
they believe.
It has something to do with our topic for today.
and these are what we call BIAS AND
PREJUDICE.

You may say that they are both the same but
there is actually a difference between the two.
Lets define the two.
The first one is BIAS.

favor of or against one thing, person, or group
compared with another, usually in a way
considered to be unfair. It is a judgment based
on a personal point of view.

Anchoring Bias
There are also 3 common types of bias. This happens when people are too relied on
