This past year, I have acted as an advocate for my

students in RISE. This involves ensuring that we are
treating all students well and meeting their diverse
needs. As a private school, our demographic lacks
diversity. This means that our diverse students may
have needs that are not always met. This upcoming
year a Diversity Fund has been established to
guarantee our student of color have access to food
and the educational materials they need/ 7/18/21

After writing a paper on Supporting our International

Students, I was asked to join our school's Diversity
Board where we evaluate our school's progress at
promoting diversity, inclusivity, and equity and work
to improve it. 12/9/21
