 Section 1. General instructions

1. Before using the equipment, carefully read the Operation and Maintenance Manual.

2. This passport must be kept with the equipment at all times.

3. When writing in the passport, writing in pencil is not allowed.

4. An incorrect entry should be carefully crossed out and a new one should be written next to it,
which is certified by the person responsible for the operation of the equipment, indicating his
name and position.

5. When the equipment is transferred to another enterprise or to another owner, the final
summarizing records of its operating time are certified by the seal of the enterprise
transferring the equipment.
