4.What’s funciton of midpoint anchor?（5points）

condition.
(2)After setting up the mid-anchor, the accident scope can be limitted. When the
breakage accident happens on one side of the mid-anchor, the catenary equipment on
the other side will not be affected, which is beneficial to the emergency repair
accident and shorten the repair time of the accident.
