The use of Internet technologies has become essential in the distance learning process (Mikhailov, 2003;
Polyakov, 1999; Baydenko, 2002; Cherdymova, 2010, Bayanova et al., 2019; Tameryan et al., 2020).
Students listen to lectures using Internet platforms, complete tasks using a computer, and are thus
becoming increasingly reliant on Internet resources. The gap between the demands of scientific and
technological progress and the educational technologies used, as well as the social and economic
problems of society, has caused a crisis in modern classical higher education. The demands of modern
society correspond to the laws of globalization, so environmental education, affordable learning, and
lower tuition costs are required (Alekseeva, 1997; Vanchukhina, 1999; Gromyko, 2000). As a result, both
in Russia and abroad, rivalry between higher education institutions is intensifying. Universities make
information about their teachers, their qualifications, the disciplines they teach, work experience, and
other similar information available to the public in order to improve the quality and accessibility of
educational services provided, making their universities more appealing to applicants. Furthermore,
professors and created programs can be exchanged between various higher education institutions
(Zheltukhina et al., 2021). Globalization (economic, information, technological, environmental, and
cultural) has a considerable impact on educational formats, typically pointing to the expansion of
remote learning and Internet education alternatives (Shchedrovitsky, 2007; Kondratieva, 2001;
Lukashenko, 2003; Stiglitz, 2003; Wolfson, 1999)
The use of E-learning in education, particularly in higher education, has increased dramatically. e-
learning is considered one of the best options because of its numerous advantages and benefits the
most effective educational approaches Benefits and advantages have been offered by several studies
and writers resulting from the integration of e-learning technology into classrooms (Klein and Ware,
2003; Algahtani, 2011; Hameed et al., 2008; Marc, 2002; Wentling et al., 2000; Nichols, 2003; Wentling
et al., 2000; Wentling et. According to certain studies, one of the benefits of e-learning is its capacity to
focus on the requirements of individual students. In his book review on e-learning strategies for
providing knowledge in the digital era, Marc (2000) observed that one of the benefits of e-learning in
education is its focus on the individual. Individual student needs as a critical aspect in the educational
process, rather than the demands of instructors or educational institutions. According to Raba (2005),
objectives can be met in the quickest time possible with e-learning with the least amount of work
possible Both students and instructors can achieve and maintain their goals as they gain knowledge
from a variety of experts in the field, they can keep up with the latest developments a variety of fields of
study Khan's thoughts on the effects of e-learning on educational ethics (2005) are guaranteed. This is
because e-learning settings are forgiving, making them an excellent fit techniques to provide equitable
access to the digital globe regardless of the users' location their ages, cultural backgrounds, and races
(Khan, 2005). The e-learning environment is equally important. Because teachers are no longer the
primary source of information, it helps learners or students to rely on themselves.
They instead become advisors and guides (Alsalem, 2004). E-learning also aids in the preparation of the
society to globally communicate and to dialogue with others (Zeitoun, 2008). However according to
Algahtani (2011), the likely benefits of e-learning are greater than the benefits of traditional learning if
e-learning is used and applied in proper ways. Authors such as Zhang et al (2006) and Judahil et al (2007)
gave the positive impacts of elearning from the perspectives of the students or learners. Zhang et al
(2006) stresses that e-learning permits the exploration of much flexible learning ways with much
reduced need for travel to go to classes. E-learning, according to Zhang et al (2006), via interactive video
facility permits learners to watch all activities that are conducted in the classroom and also listen to
instructors as many times as needed. This according to Brown et al (2008) and Judahil et al (2007) offers
teachers with several ways of interacting with learners and to give them instantaneous feedback.
However, according to Judahil et al (2007), it is essential for those who embrace the advanced
technology during the process of teaching and learning has a variety of skills in Information and
Communication Technology (ICT).
Students listen to lectures on Internet platforms, do tasks on computers, and are becoming
increasingly reliant on Internet resources in the remote learning process. The mismatch between
scientific and technological needs and educational technology, as well as the social and economic
issues, has resulted in a crisis in modern classical higher education. Environmental education,
inexpensive learning, and decreased tuition expenses are essential to meet the expectations of
modern society, which are dictated by globalization's laws. E-learning has become increasingly popular
in education, particularly in higher education. e-learning is regarded as one of the best options
because of its numerous advantages and benefits the most effective educational approaches, as
evidenced by several studies and writers resulting from the integration of e-learning technology into
classrooms (According to certain studies, one of the benefits of e-learning is its ability to focus on the
needs of individual students. In his book review on e-learning strategies for providing. Instead, they
serve as mentors and guides. E-learning also helps society prepare to communicate and discourse with
others on a worldwide scale. However, if e-learning is used and implemented properly, the likely
benefits of e-learning outweigh the benefits of traditional learning. Authors like Zhang et al (2006) and
Judahil et al (2007) have discussed the benefits of e learning from the standpoint of students or
learners. Zhang et al (2006) emphasize that e-learning allows for the investigation of far more flexible
learning methods while reducing the requirement for travel to classes.
