SCHOOL ORIENTATION OF MENTORS AND MENTEES FOR THE INDUCTION

PROGRAM OF BEGINNING TEACHERS

TO: Master Teachers

All Newly Hired Teachers (SY. 2019-2022)

1. In compliance to Division Memorandum no. 144, s. 2022, Division Orientation on the

Implementation of Induction Program for Beginning Teachers. Kasiglahan Village
Elementary School will conduct a School-Based Orientation Program on the
Implementation of Teacher Induction Program (TIP) for Beginning Teachers on April
8, 2022, via Google Meet at 9:00 am – 12:00 noon.

2. All new teachers from 0-3 years in the service of Kasiglahan Village Elementary
School are the participants of this activity.
Teaching Experience in Years IPBT Implementation
0–1-year teaching experience (appointed Year 1-Year 3
during SY 2021-2022)
2 years teaching experience (appointed Year 1-Year 2
during SY 2020-2021)
More than 2 years teaching experience Year 1
(appointed during SY 2019-2022 and other
interested teachers appointed in CY 2019)

3. Enclosed herewith are the Programs of Activities, Different Working Committees, and
List of Participants. A narrative and pictorial report should be accomplished and
submitted to this office.
