The Best Chicken Parmesan Recipe

A simple, delicious version of oven baked Chicken Parmesan that will melt in your mouth! This dish will feed 3-5 people
and requires minimal prep and cooking time. In one hour, you can have a hearty dish to present to friends and family.

Ingredients
1.
 1 and ½ cups of Italian  3 large chicken breasts 1.
breadcrumbs  1 tbsp of minced garlic
 ½ cup flour  1 tsp garlic onion powder 1.
 2 large eggs  ½ cup olive oil
 Salt and pepper  ½ parmesan cheese 1.

Instructions 1.
1. Preheat the oven to 430° and lightly grease a casserole dish.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, flour, and onion powder in a bowl. Set
aside.
3. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Slice all the chicken breasts in half horizontally.
5. Dip a halved breast in the egg mixture.
Tip: Flip the chicken to other
side to coat entire. Let
excess drip off into bowl.
6. Drop egg mixture coated
chicken breast into bread crumb mixture.
7. Place coated chicken breast on plate and repeat steps 5
and 6 to the remaining 5 halves.
8. Pour oil into skillet and heat until simmering. Fry all 6
halves on both sides until golden and crispy.
(This should take 4-5 minutes on each side.)
9. Place all chicken on the pre-greased casserole dish and
cover each piece with a generous amount of marinera
sauce and a handful of mozzarella cheese.
10. Bake for 15-50 minutes.
Tip: Golden, bubbling cheese is an indication cooking is
complete.
