    The office employees have been working hard to finish their annual reports by the deadline. However, a series of bizarre accidents and explosions keep occurring, making it difficult to meet the deadline. First, a paper catches fire on one employee's desk.     (OPEN ON:WORK OFFICE, BOSS STANDING IN

    FRONT OF EMPLOYEES)

    BOSS:

    Alright guys, I know yesterday was

    hard but it’s a new day. Let’s just

    start fresh. Annual reports need to

    be in by 11, we got 3 hours.

    QUINN:

    (PAPER STARTS CATCHING ON FIRE)

    Woah, woah!

    GEORGE:

    Wow Quinn, off to a great start.

    QUINN:

    I can’t help it!

    TARA:

    Leave him alone George.

    GEORGE:

    I’m just saying, I haven’t had an

    incident since my first day.

    (IN THE KITCHEN, TWO EMPLOYEES GETTING

    COFFEE)

    LIAM:

    It’s been a long week, I know, as

    long as we can–

    (COFFEE MACHINE EXPLODES, BAD SFX)

    God! C’mon! You’re kidding!

    MO:

    Jesus man, oh my God!

    (BOSS RUNS IN)

    BOSS:

    Really guys? I trusted you with the

    coffee machine, I trusted you!

    (BACK IN THE OFFICE)

    BOSS:

    Two hours guys, a couple set backs,

    but we still have two hours.

    GEORGE:

    Way to go Liam! I thought we all

    decided to switch to energy drinks!

    (HOLDS UP MONSTER)

    LIAM:

    Shut up George, I’m trying!

    GEORGE:

    Not hard enough!

    BOSS:

    Hey! Hey! Cut it out! We’re all

    doing our best, just keep working.

    (ENERGY DRINK ON SOMEONE’S DESK STARTS

    SPARKING/FIREWORKS, BAD SFX)

    EMPLOYEES:

    (SCREAMING, YELLING)

    (BAD SFX GORILLA COMES RUNNING THROUGH

    THE DOOR)

    TARA:

    The gorilla is back! The gorilla!

    (GORILLA ATTACKS GEORGE, SCREAMING)

    BOSS:

    Everybody out! Everybody get out!

    (PHONE RINGS, BOSS ANSWERS)

    We’re working on the reports! We’re

    working on it!

    (EVACUATE)

    (IN PARKING LOT)

    BOSS:

    It’s gonna be okay guys, I know

    it’s hard, but we still have an

    hour.

    LIAM:

    How is it gonna be okay! George is

    gone!

    MO:

    Don’t pretend you care about him!

    You wanted him gone!

    BOSS:

    STOP IT! CUT IT OUT! This sucks,

    okay? But it’s not gonna get any

    worse.

    (BAD SFX WRECKING BALL HITS THE

    BUILDING)

    (EMPLOYEES SCREAM, SOME ARE RUNNING

    AWAY, SOME CALLING FAMILIES/9-1-1)

    (FIREFIGHTERS HOSING DOWN BUILDING,

    EMPLOYEES SITTING ON CURB)

    BOSS:

    (LOOKING AT WATCH)

    Alright, it’s officially 11. You

    guys can leave a little early if

    you want, I’ll talk to corporate.

    MO:

    I’m outta here.

    (WALKS TOWARDS CAR, CLICKS KEYS, CAR
