This document provides details of the anchorage design for base plates along grid line 2 of the convention centre. It includes geometry, load, and material properties considered in the design. An analysis was conducted to check tension capacity of 4 anchor rods and shear capacity of lugs and rods. All failure modes were checked against design capacities. The tension design ratio was 0.22 and shear design ratio was 0.94, indicating the design is adequate based on Eurocodes and ACI 318.
