After watching the video of your preference, answer the following questions according to
what you saw on the video and your personal information.
1. Which is the tourist destination described in the video? Where is it located?
The tourist destination described in the video is the Caño crystals river.
It is located in the municipality the Colombian Macarena.
2. Have you ever been there? If you have, describe your experience. If you haven’t,
would you like to visit it someday?
Yes, I have been there. It is a beautiful place, where you can see the algae that with the
sun make the river look multi-colored, you can almost see the
5 colors like rainbows.
What we can do are tours to see the geological formations, the waterfalls or the stairs
that get wet.
We can appreciate the unique biodiversity in the world, we see anteaters, felines and
more than 500 species of birds.
There is also rafting or kayaking on the river into which the waters of the Caño Crystals.
4. According to what you saw on the video, what is something you didn't like about the
place?
According to the video, what they don’t like about the place is that in the case of
photographers they don’t have enough freedom to take photos because they always go
with a guide.

The places that I stopped visiting were the viewpoint of the village of El Carmen and the
obelisk that was rebuilt to have a better tourist attraction.
3. What is the most unknown food you have eaten during a trip?
Once I traveled to Guaviare and they gave me breaded crocodile steak to eat. It is the
most unknown food I have ever tasted.
4. What was the most incredible activity you did on your trip? What did you do?
