I. Objectives
At the end of 45-minute lesson, the students will be able to:
a. describe correct posture in sitting, walking and standing,
b. perform correct posture in sitting, walking and standing; and
c. appreciate that good posture influences the good physical
health.

II. Subject Matter


Topic: Correct Posture in Sitting, Walking and Standing
Reference: K to 12 Curriculum Guide, PE 2 TG.
Materials: Rubric/ checklist, chairs and pictures
Values Integration: Sportsmanship

III. Instructional Procedure


A. Preparatory Activities
1. Prayer- the teacher will lead the prayer
2. Greetings- the teacher and the pupils will greet each other
enthusiastically
3. Checking of attendance and the proper P.E uniform
4. Review
The pupils will be asked about the previous discussion.

B. Developmental Activity

1. Motivation
The teacher will going to read a poem and the student will
interpret through rap.

2. Unlocking Difficulties
Look at the pictures below. Describe the different position by
supplying the missing letters.

3. Presentation
The teacher will prepare three (3) stations. There is task to be
performed in each station.

C. Generalization
The teacher will present a flow chart of different postures and
let the students fill in the box provided.

IV. Evaluation

The teacher will divide the class into 3 groups. Teacher will rate the
performance of the group using the rubric below. The following are
