. Air Leak test witnessed at 8,5 PSI for the offered transformer tank and conservator and neither
leakage nor pressure drop was observed during testing, All the joints are checked with the
liquid soap solution,
. LPT witnessed on the critical joints and no relevant indication was observed during the testing.
LPT found acceptable.
. Material test certificates for the plates and pipes are reviewed for its chemical and mechanical
properties and found in order w.Lto approved drawing and standard requiremerrt.s,
. WPS, PQR and WPQ reviewed and found in order.
. Hydraulic test reports for the pipes are reviewed and found in order.
. Welding electrodes test certificates reviewed and found in order.
o Calibration test certificates for the instruments / Equipments used for the inspection are
