Goal: Create a cleaner environment at school by making sure most lunch trays are returned to the cafeteria every day after lunch.
Starting in the 2022-2023 school year.

2. Have all students eating school lunch check out a numbered lunch tray using their name and student id, then each student
must turn in their assigned lunch tray for the day.
3. Implement a $5 dollar fine for students who do not return their tray to the cafeteria by the time lunch is over.
