Minutes Building Background
Clips of several different volleyball plays will be embedded into the slideshow and
attached to a vocabulary term.
After each video, we will explain what the player did, how they did it, and why they
did it, and recreate the hit if possible in the classroom. We will use a volleyball to
demonstrate the different hits, the ones that can not be performed inside the
classroom will be shown through video.

We will discuss if people have played volleyball before or if they know any information
about it.

Links to Learning:
We will demonstrate volleyball moves and play a game after. Lastly the students will
complete an exit slip.
