    The Norluzonian the Official Publication of the University of Cagayan Valley (UCV) will receive
    Gawad Dyornalismo Awards on “WHO’S WHO Awards for Journalism in the Philippines” in Tagaytay
    on December 28, 2021.
    With this, as the Head Lay-out Artist of the The Norluzonian, I am writing and submitting to
    you this letter of intention to join in the said event as one of the representative of our publication, it is my
    greatest pleasure to attend and be one of the student journalism to represent and receive the award for the
    University and the Publication. I believe this will be a great opportunity to strengthen and motivate the
    students and other publications as well.
