521 BE-105 recirculation elevator bottom sprocket chain was D-reail, same was attened and Lift the bottom
sprocket and fix the chain on both the sprockets.
521 BE-105 recirculation elevator 5 nos. of buckets was damaged same was replaced with new.
521 BE-105 recirculation elevator 20ltrs 320 oil top up in B side of gearbox.
521 BE-105 recirculation elevator 5 nos. of buckets was damaged same was repaired.
491 BE-105 gypsum elevator top sprockets both the sides segment replacement work is carried out.
Wagon tippler 471 SC 209,210 &211 scew conveyor rotor connecting bush was worn out,same was replaced with
new one.

Wagon Tippler 471 SC 211 scew conveyor rotor was cracked,same was attend and welded crack portion of rotor.
521 FN 155 seperator fan impeller was un-balanced,same was attened and putted 2.69 kg weight on impeller for
balancing.After balancing vibration was checked reading found as below. l

Roller Press fixed roller DE side bearing inspection was donee.Bearing found in good condition.Old grease was
removed and putted new grease inside the bearing.Bearing clearance found as below. Top-
1.8MM, Bottom-0MM, Outside-0.11 and Inside-11 mm
Pond ash weigh feedar belt is replaced with new.
