Our engineer went to Bangladesh to check your machine and checked your

cranes demag 500 ton Liebher 250 ton p&h kobelco 80 ton p&h 70 ton and cc
4800 crane. Quotations for Demag 500 and Liebher 1280.

Demag 500 hydraulic problem

A- The engine is not working properly

Work: - Engine will need to be repaired and maintained. Full engine repair will be done. Quotation does
not include engine block and crank shaft diesel pump quote.

B- Hydraulic structure of crane is not working properly

Work: - Hydraulic structure of pur crane will have to be checked. totally pipe line and direction valve,
control valve and relief valve will have to be repaired and changed.

C- Winch not working

Work: - 3 winches is not lowering in crane, for this winch has to be opened and hydraulic clutch valve,
hydraulic motor etc. will have to be repaired and parts changed.

D-Self-assembly hydraulic cylinder is not lowering and its piston rod is bad

Work: - Cylinder will have to be opened and its parts like rod, oil seal, valve etc. will have to be changed
and repaired.

E- The back stopper is not lowering and its piston rod is bad

Work: - Cylinder will have to be repaired, is me oil seal, piston rod, hydraulic valve etc. will have to be
repaired and changed.

F- 4 Piece out rigger cylinder not lowering

Work: - It has to be opened and repaired, in this oil seal, piston rod valve etc. will have to be repaired
and replaced. Yes.

G- The crane can't swing.

Work: - Crane has been chucked by our engineer, its ball bearing slewing ring has problem, it will have
to be opened and it will have to be repaired, new change will have to be done, the price of new is not
there in the quotation.

H- 2 Passage afram support hydraulic lowering not

Work: - Cylinder will have to be opened and its oil seal, piston rod valve etc. will have to be repaired
and new parts changed.

I- Also have a problem with the rotary joint

Work: - Full maintenance of rotary cylinder and oil seal will have to be changed.
J- 7 Piece Main Hydraulic Pumps Not Pumping Correctly

Work: - Hydraulic pump is not taking load and is leaking all pump will have to be repaired and replaced.
K-Boom pin in out cylinder is bad

Work: - Cylinder is completely damaged, hydraulic oil seal, piston rod body and valve will have to be
repaired and changed.

L-The crane moves forward and is not cutting

Work: - Hydraulic pipe line of track motor has to be chucked, track motor has to be repaired and new
changed and track transmission has to be repaired and changed with new parts.

M-Cabin cylinder not lowering

Work: - Cabin cylinder will have to be opened and its oil seal, piston rod valve etc. will have to be
repaired and new changed.
