KPI REPORT:
1. WHENEVER I COME IN SHIFT,FIRSTLY I MEET MY SHIFT ENGINEER AND ASK
HIM THERE IS ANY PROBLEM ARISES IN YOUR SHIFT & THAT PROBLEM IS
SOLVED OR NOT,IS THERE ANY WORK PENDING.IF WORK IS PENDING OR
PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE THEN I UTILIZE MY MANPOWER TO COMPLETE
THAT WORK OR SOLVED THAT PROBLEM.OTHERWISE I USE MY
MANPOWER ACCORDING TO PLANT NEED MAINTENANCE OPERATION.
2. WHEN PLANT IS IN RUNNNING CONDITION ,FIRST I SENT MY MAN POWER
FOR WHOLE CIRCUIT INSPECTION.AFTER THAT I PHYSICALLY GO AND CHECK
& OBSERVE EVERY RUNNING EQUIPMENT LIKE BALL MILL ,ROLLER PRESS
,ELEVATOR AND BELT CONVEYOR GEAR BOX TEMPERATURE,GEAR BOX OIL
LEVEL. CHECK DUST COLLECTOR FAN,RC FAN,BELT CONVEYOR & ELEVATOR
BEARING OIL LEVEL AND GREASE LEVEL,BEARING TEMPERATURE AND
ABNORMAL SOUND. CHECK BAG FILTER SUCTION AND DISCHARGE
LINE,PURGING AND AIR SLIDE CHAMBER.
CHECK BELT CONVEYOR BELT JOINT CONDITION,CARRYING AND RETURN
IDDLER BEARNIG DAMAGE,BELT CONVEYOR FRAME CONDITION.
ACCORDING TO THAT I FILL UP MY DAILY CHECK LIST.IN INSPECTION I FILL
THERE IS ANY EQUIPMENT IS NOT OPERATE PROPERLY OR CREATE
ABNORMAL SOUND THEN I IMMIDIATE STOP THAT EQUIPMENT AND
RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM AND RESOLVED. AFTER THAT I CAME IN CCR
ROOM AND CHECK ALL EQUIPMENT PARAMETER ARE OK OR NOT.

3. WHEN PLANT IS IN STOP CONDITION I DO THE DUST COLLECTOR FAN


COUPLING BOLT TIGHTEN WORK ,BEARING INSPECTION WORK LIKE
CHECKING CLEARANCE AND IS THERE ANY DAMAGED. GEAR BOX OIL TOP
UP WORK.TRUNION BEARING OIL TOP UP WORK ,LEAKAGE ARRESTING
WORK ,BALL MILL TRUNION BEARING HOUSING FLANGE BOLT TIGHTEN
WORK,LUBRICATION PUMP FILTER CLEANING WORK,INSPECTION DOOR
MAKING WORK,BELT PATCH UP WORK,CARRYING AND RETURN IDDLER
CHANGING WORK,FRAME CHANGING WORK,BLOWER BEARING GREASING
WORK,ROLLER PRESS HYDRAULIC TANK FILTER AND ROLLER PRESS BERAING
LUBRICATION TANK FILTER CLEANING WORK.THIS ALL WORK DONE IN
SHIFT USING MAN POWER ACCORDING TO PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE.
4. ROLLER PRESS HYDRAULIC TANK HEAT EXCHANGER CLEANING WORK AND
WATER LINE STRAINER CLEANING WORK DONE.
5. RC FAN DRIVE END BEARING CHANGING WORK .
6. BELT CONVEYOR TNT BEARING CHANGING WORK.
7. BELT CONVEYOR TAIL PULLEY REPLACEMENT WORK.
8. ROLLER PRESS ROLLER PROFILING WORK.
9. ROLLER PRESS HYDRAULIC CYLINDER REPLACEMENT WORK.
10.ACCUMULATOR BLADDER CHANGING WORK.
11.PACKER FILLING IMPELLER V-BELT CHANGING WORK.
12.BALL MILL TORSION SHAFT BEARING INSPECTION WORK.
13.ATTAIN ROLLER PRESS HYDRAULIC CYLINDER PRESSURE PROBLEM AND
RESOLVED UNDER MY ALL SENIOR HOD’S AND ENGINEER’S.
14.BUMMER PACKER NOZZLE RUBBER HOSE CHANGING WORK.
15.BAG FILTER BAG CHANGING WORK.
16.FLYASH UNLOADING BY PASS DIRECT BIN PIPE LINE CONNECTION WORK
DONE.
17.BELT ELEVATOR BOTTOM BEARING CHANGING WORK.
