KPI REPORT:
1. WHENEVER I COME IN SHIFT,FIRSTLY I MEET MY SHIFT ENGINEER AND ASK
HIM THERE IS ANY PROBLEM ARISES IN YOUR SHIFT & THAT PROBLEM IS
SOLVED OR NOT,IS THERE ANY WORK PENDING.IF WORK IS PENDING OR
PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE THEN I UTILIZE MY MANPOWER TO COMPLETE
THAT WORK OR SOLVED THAT PROBLEM.OTHERWISE I USE MY
MANPOWER ACCORDING TO PLANT NEED MAINTENANCE OPERATION.
2. WHEN PLANT IS IN RUNNNING CONDITION ,FIRST I SENT MY MAN POWER
FOR WHOLE CIRCUIT INSPECTION.AFTER THAT I PHYSICALLY GO AND CHECK
& OBSERVE EVERY RUNNING EQUIPMENT LIKE BALL MILL ,ROLLER PRESS
,ELEVATOR AND BELT CONVEYOR GEAR BOX TEMPERATURE,GEAR BOX OIL
LEVEL. CHECK DUST COLLECTOR FAN,RC FAN,BELT CONVEYOR & ELEVATOR
BEARING OIL LEVEL AND GREASE LEVEL,BEARING TEMPERATURE AND
ABNORMAL SOUND. CHECK BAG FILTER SUCTION AND DISCHARGE
LINE,PURGING AND AIR SLIDE CHAMBER.
CHECK BELT CONVEYOR BELT JOINT CONDITION,CARRYING AND RETURN
IDDLER BEARNIG DAMAGE,BELT CONVEYOR FRAME CONDITION.
ACCORDING TO THAT I FILL UP MY DAILY CHECK LIST.IN INSPECTION I FILL
THERE IS ANY EQUIPMENT IS NOT OPERATE PROPERLY OR CREATE
ABNORMAL SOUND THEN I IMMIDIATE STOP THAT EQUIPMENT AND
RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM AND RESOLVED. AFTER THAT I CAME IN CCR
ROOM AND CHECK ALL EQUIPMENT PARAMETER ARE OK OR NOT.
