ROLE CARD 1A: You are Ms. Jennifer (female student)/ John Smith (male student)
calls Casablanca Restaurant to book a table for four people on Sunday, 22 June at 7.30
pm. She would like to have a table in non-smoking section and in private dining-room.
Additionally, she wants to have a high chair for her kid and asks about the parking place.

ROLE CARD 1B: You are a staff in Casablanca Restaurant. You will:

+ take her reservation

+ say sorry for the time/ date (22 June) (for any reason) and change the date/ time

+ deal with all guest’s requests

ROLE CARD 2A: You are Ms. Jennifer (female student)/ John Smith (male student)
booked a table near the window for four at 7.30 pm on 1st June at Casablanca Restaurant.
Now she comes to have dinner. She orders a gin and tonic as aperitif , prawn tart as
starter first course, beef (student has to choose a kind of BEEF dish) as main course, a
half bottle of Carbenet Savignon and a helping of apple pie as dessert.

+ receive guests
