PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT TASK TEMPLATE

“Performance Assessment Task” Music, Arts 8 and Filipino 8

Performance Assessment Title: Puppet Show Presentation (Florante and Laura)

Performance Standard
Music-The learner performs excerpts from traditional Asian theater with
appropriate pitch, rhythm, expression, and style
Arts- The learner creates appropriate festival attire with accessories
based on authentic festival costumes.
Filipino-Naipamamalas ng mag-aaral ang pag-unawa sa isang dakilang
akdang pampanitikan na mapagkukunan ng mahahalagang kaisipang
magagamit sa paglutas ng ilang suliranin sa lipunang Pilipino sa
kasalukuyan.
Competencies:
Filipino: Nakapagsasagawa ng isang pagtatanghal ukol sa napiling
saknong o linya ng isang tauhan mula sa Florante at Laura gamit ang
puppet(ARTS).

Nakapaglalahad rin ng kaisipan o katangian ng tauhan na maaaring


taglayin ng isang indibidwal upang magamit sa paglutas ng ilang suliranin
sa kasalukuyan.

Task Description
Music and Arts
- The task is a collaboration of 2 MAPEH components (Music and Arts) and
Filipino (Story/Lines of Florante at Laura)
- For Music, each student will create rhythmic accompaniment for
background music/sound for their Florante and Laura puppet show.
- He/she will use improvise instruments such as spoon, fork, cauldron cover,
tambourine, glass soda bottle.
- For Arts, each student will create a stick puppet with appropriate attire from
their chosen character in Florante and Laura.
- The puppet must be creative and has the visual of the Asian festival and
theatrical forms for the costume.
- Any material can be used in making a puppet (cardboard, illustration
board, or folder)
- The students must prepare materials in making a puppet like pencil, marker,
any coloring materials, any art accessories, glue or tape and stick.
- Each student will record his/her performances for 2-3 minutes and attach
the video presentation in our Google classroom on or before the due date.

4. Pagkatapos, kuhanan ito ng video na hindi lalagpas sa 2-3 minuto.
Huwag kalimutang ilahad sa huling bahagi ang nasasalamin na
katangian ng tauhan na makatutulong sa paglutas ng suliranin sa
kasalukuyan.
5. Bibigyan lamang sila ng guro ng isa hanggang dalawang linggo para
sa kanilang paghahanda.

SITUATION- Maraming suliranin na kinakaharap ang ating lipunan sa
kasalukuyan kaya naman bilang isang aktres o aktor sa isang
pagtatanghal ay maipakita o mailahad ang katangiang kinakailangan
din natin upang malutas ang mga suliraning ito.
