5. PROCEDURE:The procedure to design and analyze the circuit is given below:

1. The circuit for clipper is connected according to the circuit diagram.

2. The A.C. input is applied to the circuit through the transformer.

3. The output waveform is observed on CRO screen across the load resistor and the waveform is traced.

4. The clamping circuit is connected properly as shown in the figure.

5. The output waveform is observed on the CRO screen.

6. The input and output waveform is traced.
