Barry will determine which insurance company is covering R[MG, what is covered and

L the risks and liabilities of proposed pavilion and recreational uses. Corrine noted that
the membership had previously voted to not pursue updating the kitchen for commercial
use due to the cost of Health Department required lmprovements, insurance costs and
wear and tear on the facility.

A draft design of the pavilion by Bob MacNair was displayed for attendees to review.
The RMG members and officers willtake action to place as a future agenda item, a
survey of All Redlands fi/lesa Grange #487 membership to solicit their input as to their
name choice, and to put those names on a voting ballot, to be sent to all Rtt/G #4.87
members.

Weeds are under control for now. Barry has a propane burner that can be used to help
control weeds.

NEW BUSINESS

Barry has set up a trickle water system and has watered the trees.

Barry will be giving Kay a rose bush as a thank you for her years of service as Redlands
Mesa #4.87 Grange Master.

Barry will not be available for the June 16th meeting. Andy Pilkington will be leading that
meeting.

Barry moved that the meeting be adjourned. Andy seconded the motion at 9:35.
