JC Propane: Chris presented the 202!-2022 (October 1't- March 3L't) contract.

lt is
S1.84/gallon with a minimum purchase of 400 gallons. Usage for last year was 728
gallons. Discussion followed. Chris will work on the propane pre-buy contract. List cost
and savings for the previous years of pre-buy contracts.
Building rental: We have a rental for July 9&10 for a wedding reception. There is
another request for a% day rental for a memorial service. Dateto be determined later.
Chris asked about the entry to the building for the renters. How do we handle the key
situation? Renters could lose the key. Vandalism is a possibility. A grange officer would
have to be available to unlock and lock the door. Stan suggested a keyless lock be put
on the back door by the kitchen. A number would be assigned to that particular renter
and then reset for a new renter. Something to look into. Andy will send Chris a renter's
agreement to review and edit to the needs of the Grange. The key issue was not
resolved. Someone needs to be here to turn on the air conditioner, refrigerator and let
people in. Janet Quinn motioned to open the Grange for rental other than commercial
use. Stan Adams seconded. All members present agreed.

the July 21st meeting.

of treasurer. She has experience as a bookkeeper and has worked in HR also. Chris
Cazer nominated Tammy Marty to be treasurer for Redlands Mesa Grange 487. Janet
Quinn seconded. All members present approved. Chris gave Tammy the Treasurer
