Success Plan

Here at Gaffney Lane Elementary, we want all students to thrive and be

successful. To help Jane Doe do this, she agrees to the following:

● Listen to hallway instructions from all teachers and all school staff
● Stay in line in her assigned spot
● Keep all body parts to herself and off others
● Remain silent or whisper when allowed, while in line and in the hallways

If Jane listens to all teachers/staff hallway instructions for 1 week, she will earn a
spot at the beginning of the line, for one day at lunchtime, and a choice of sticker.

If Jane stays in line and in her assigned spot for 2 weeks, she will earn a choice
to stand in line with a chosen buddy for a week at lunchtime.

If Jane keeps all body parts to herself and off others for 3 weeks, she will not
have a teacher/staff to stand next to her while she is in any position in line and
she will get a free item from the treat chest.

If Jane remains silent or whispers, when allowed, in line and in the hallways for 4
weeks, she earns a spot at the front of the line at lunchtime, for a week and gets
to choose a different buddy to accompany her each day.
