and foundation day

Topic Discussion

Presentation of Ma’am Escalicas informed that there will be a meeting with the head teachers on
School February 14 about the set up for face 2 face classes and it will be presented on
Improvement February 15 at Quirino High School. Also, Ma’am Escalicas informed us that we are
Plan no longer FEA but we are a Faculty union.

options for Everyone agreed to have a survey for teachers via Google Form about the preferred
teaching set up of limited face to face classes before presenting it in Quirino HS. Also, here are
schedule for the agreed options or choices for the teaching schedule and requirements in choosing
limited face the students who will attend limited face to face classes.

▪ 1 face to face class per week and the rest will have
asynchronous class
▪ 1 face to face class ( weekly routine schedule by other co grade
level teacher) per week and the rest will have asynchronous
class
▪ If their preferred set up is not listed in the above choices, they
can suggest.
o For grade 9 and 10
▪ 1 face to face class per week(weekly routine schedule by other
co grade level teacher), 1 synchronous class and 2
asynchronous class
▪ 1 face to face class ( weekly routine schedule by other co grade
level teacher) per week and the rest will have asynchronous
class.
▪ If their preferred set up is not listed in the above choices, they
can suggest.
● Student’s requirement for attending limited face to face classes
o Teachers will be asked in the survey if they prefer not to include the
unvaccinated students in face to face classes.
 o Options for choosing students:
▪ All students who are qualified for the face to face classes.
▪ Students who are at risk of dropping only.
Sir Allen will create a Google Form for the survey.
Survey Form Everyone agreed about the content of the survey. Ma’am Joan and Ma’am Jhen will
check the content of the survey.

Theme of Ma’am Escalicas conducted a contest about the theme on Foundation Day. The winner
Foundation Day will get 300 pesos. Mam Maireen and Ma'am Escalicas will judge the contest. Also,
Ma’am Escalicas would like to solicit some donations and look for possible sponsors so
we can only spend half of the funds.
Activities for each Grade Tiktok application will be use for the following contest.

Activities for teachers in Ma’am Escalicas suggested an activity for teachers. The teacher will get
Foundation Day something in the box and guess it. If the answer is correct, they will get
the item.
Community Service Still open for suggestions.
