VESTAMID® L1670
Technical DataSheet | Supplied by Evonik

VESTAMID® L1670 by Evonik is an unfilled, low viscosity, heat-, U.V- & light stabilized, partially crystalline, polyamide
12 compound. It exhibits low coefficient of friction which facilitates the laying of cable. This grade has very low water
absorption and termite & rodent resistance. The products produced from this product maintain their dimensions in
environments with varying humidity level, while maintaining a high tenacity and good chemical resistance. It contains
processing aid and lubricants. It is processed by injection molding and profile & wire/cable extrusion. VESTAMID® L1670
is used in thin wire insulations and cable sheathing & jacketing. Recommended for electrical & electronic and industry &
building construction applications. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
