 A brief biography of Hazrat Sufi Azam Peer Sahab of
Hyderabad

Famous and well-known personalities from the various

geneological branches of Shaik Abdul Quader Jilani's progeny
brought to light and scent, as well as colour and favour of
spiritualism in the Deccan region of India. The titles of this great
Shaikh of Deccan are mentioned as follows.
1. Misbahal Mufasarin
2. Qibla Qazi Sahib.
And Shah Saaib’s personality is well known with the holy
title of Hazrat Sufi Azam Pir. For this reason, we could not
ignore the higher grade services of Hazrat Qazi Syed Shah
Azam Ali Sufi Sahab. His father is well-known and famous as
Syed of Sufia, and both his mother and father are descended
from Hazrat Abdul Quader Jilani, the Shaikh of Baghdad. So he
had noble parents, and he was a member of the Sadat (Sadat is a
suffix, which is given to families believed to be descendants of
the Islamic prophet, Muhammad.) family and was born on 16
Rabbil Awwal in the year 1350 Hijri. And his father wrote the
chronological date of birth of his son as' Sufi Azam Mehboob
Subhani. ’
His education: With his father, he has completed the knowledge
of religion, mystics, and upon acquiring complete knowledge of
Sufism, he has received the caliphate and permission in all Sufi
chains. He has obtained eastern knowledge from Jamia Nizamia
University in Hyderabad and modern knowledge he has obtained

from City College Hyderabad and Osmania University in
Hyderabad. And for this reason, in him there is a good mixture
of knowledge of the old-time and present modern period. He has
complete expertise in the knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, Persian,
and English languages, and he also has the capability to translate
the above four languages perfectly.
For the above reasons, he was an expert scholar, translator,
and speaker. He was a person of exegesis, an author, compiler,
orator, and writer, and he was a famous and well-known poet of
his time, so for this reason, he is famous and well-known to the
general public in the above-mentioned categories.
His books total includes more than 300. And in which 50
books are the translation of Urdu, English, Persian, and Arabic
books into 50 different languages and permanent books as well
as compiled books, and these books are famous and well known
to the general public. And also the 95-year old magazine ‘Sufi
Azam’ of religion, knowledge, and reforms, which he has started
and which is a testimony of his services to the Urdu press in the
Deccan area.
    He has contributed 400 articles to Indian and foreign
newspapers, magazines, and monthly and weekly newspapers.
The collection of his poetry book in the Urdu language, named
"Azamiat", became famous and well known upon its
publication. The collection of his poetry books in the Persian
language is in the process of being edited and printed.

 He has left behind him a large number of his pupils; many
thousand caliphs; and many thousand disciples, devotees, and
students. And he has shared his vast knowledge and intimate
understanding of God with many of his millions of devotees.
Shah of Hyderabad left this mortal world on 4th Zeqad in the
year 1441 Hijri on a Friday night in the remembrance of Allah,
which is called Zikar Jahri (this ceremonial zikr: jahri, or
outward zikr, in which one's voice can be heard by others,
and khafi, or silent zikr, in which it can be heard only by
oneself). As well as listening to the recitation of the holy book
of the Quran while in a smiling condition, at the age of 91 years,
he has left this mortal place.
Oh, Shah of Hyderabad, your achievements are numerous.
For this reason, writers and Hafeez cannot write the details.
Oh Allah like Shah, make this article famous in the world.
So knowledge of the light can reach all corners of the world.
