2) According to the below figure, install the harness and parts.

PL243 installation guide:

1.According to the above picture to install the harness(5252607and 6106686) and other parts. The two wiring harnesses are connected
together by a 12pin connector. When route the harness(5252607) below the cab ,use the clips to fix the harness. Connect the
harness(5252607) to the cab floor harness.
2. When install the PL243 module(5971305), first route the module harness through the hole(on the top of the cab).Then connect the module
harness to the harness(6106686). Finally tear the tape of the PL243 module, paste the PL243 module on the top of cab. Before paste the
PL243 module, clean the cab surface.
3.Paste the films(3000047 and 2744284) on the front left side column of the cab. The film(3000047) is on top of the film(2744284) .

2) Assemble and fix the wiring harness and install parts according to the pictures and installation
instructions Installation instructions for installing PL243:
1.Remove the sealing plug on the switch board on the right side
of the cab and the right maintenance baffle, and the top trim.
2.Install the indicator light [4193911] at the sealing block position
of the switchboard on the right.
3.The relay [2313930] is fixed to the reserved opening on the
right rear side of the cab with M5 bolts [5183668], washers
[5189742] and nuts [5186582].

4.Refer to the picture to indicate the installation of the GPS harness.。

GPS wiring harness [5777907] is routed along the rear cross Pass under the column and route along the The wiring harness of the relay,
beam on the top of the cab and inserted between the left rear rear cover of the cab to the right rear side of electric lock and indicator light
trim and the column the cab shall be wired as shown in the
figure above

5. Connector docking
The right rear of the cab: 5Pin square connector (cable color: orange-blue-orange-
green-empty) is plugged into the relay [2313930]. (As shown below)
Switch board on the right side of the cab:
2Pin connector, plug in the indicator light. (As shown below)
Control console on the right side of the cab:
Unplug the connector of the electric lock and the cab floor harness (cable color:
brown-yellow-yellow-empty-green), and connect it to the corresponding connector of
the GPS harness [5777907] (cable color: brown-yellow-empty- Empty-green) butt, the
connector of the GPS harness (cable color: brown-yellow-empty-empty-orange) and
the electric lock connector (as shown on the right) 。

Installation instructions for installing PL243:
6. Install PL243: Put the PL243 main unit [5971305] on the right rear side of the roof,
pass the main unit's tail harness around the ceiling and pass through the hole in the
cab, and connect it with the transitional harness [6106686]. You need to connect the
3Pin connector and 6Pin connector. The perforated wire harness is protected by a
rubber sheath [5179068]. Use cable ties [5189635] to tie over long wiring harnesses.
Finally, paste the PL243 host on the top of the cab, and clean the top of the cab
before pasting to ensure that the sticking surface is clean and dust-free. After sticking,
press firmly for at least 30 seconds. The 12Pin connector of the harness [5777907] is
connected to the PL243 transitional harness [6106686] 12Pin connector. The decals
[3070047] and [2744284] are pasted on the inside of the cab with reference to Page5.

2) Assemble the wiring harness and parts according to the pictures and installation instructions.

PL241 rework to PL243 guide:

1.Disassemble PL241 and antenna according to the position indicated in the
picture on the previous page, install PL243, transition harness and other parts.
First remove the PL241 host, bracket and antenna. Then install the PL243
mainframe [5971305], pass the mainframe wire harness through the hole in the
ceiling and the hole on the top of the cab, and then connect it with the transition
wire harness [6106686]. 3Pin connector and 6Pin connector are required to be
connected, and cable ties are used for long wiring harnesses. [5189635]
Bundled up. Finally, paste the PL243 host on the top of the cab, and clean the
top of the cab before pasting to ensure that the sticking surface is clean and
dust-free. Press firmly for at least 30 seconds after sticking.
Two decals [3070047&2744284] are pasted on the left front column of the
driver's cab (see the picture on the right on the previous page). When pasting,
ensure that they are horizontally and vertically flush with other decals.
Connect the 12pin connector of the harness [6106686] with the 12pin connector
of the harness [5793950]. Use cable ties [5189635] to tie over long wiring
harnesses. Finally, restore the bracket to its original position, and be careful not
to squeeze the wiring harness and connectors during the installation process.
