It’s about the middle of the school year and you 

just got on the bus to go

home for the winter break and you are really excited. Although you will
be staying home because it is freezing outside. Many of your friends are
excited because there will be no school. But honestly it would be better if
you could be in school for those two weeks. This is because all you can do
is stay home and do absolutely nothing because it is 6 degrees
outside. There would be so many more fun things to do if it were warmer.
So, according to me, winter break doesn’t seem as fun as the summer
break. Explaining all these reasons would take years, but here is a few.
First of all, there are plenty of better things to do in the summer
compared to the winters because people will actually have a chance to go
outside and also have a wider variety on what activities they want to do.
Speaking of Activities…
It’s a time wherein u can go sunbathing, outdoor dining, volleyball,
snorkelling, , sailing, hiking, swimming, cycling and lounging with a good
book on the beach.
Second of all, Going out in cold weather makes you freeze, you would
have to have more clothing on, and you cannot stay out as long, wherein
in summers u don’t need to pack heavy and all u need is a pair of shorts
and shirt to go out.
It is also worth mentioning, that the duration of summer break is longer
compared to the winter break. Winter Vacation usually lasts about 2
weeks. On the other note, summer break lasts 2 months. Hence, During
summer break you have more time to indulge in the activities that you
love to do.
While we love winter produce too, so many amazing fruits are in season
during summer, and they are all so refreshing to eat. From cherries to
peaches to watermelon, there isn't shortage of tasty fruits to shop when
those warm months roll around.
These are the reasons why summer break is better. With many fun things
to do and plenty of time in hand. Although the cold can feel nice at times.
In conclusion, summer just has better vibes than winter period. This is a
season that gets you out of the house and brings people together.
