Customer Relationship Manager
Meeting with DSM(district sales manager)/RSM/Sales Manager.
Maintaining customer relationship.
Ensuring that the customer care department is functioning properly.
Set target monthly/weekly for SA, DSM, SDSM(Sr district sales manger).
Prepare monthly working plan for SA, review weekly, monthly plan for DSM
and SDSM.
Setting monthly target for our team.
Prepare weekly working plan for our team.
Visit POS(point of sales) and DSM daily.
Follow up daily report from DMS system.
Control borrow MRC over POS/SA.
Check SA's and DSM's working time, performance, sales skill, leadership skill.
Train, Coach SA (ALDI CD) and or supervise DSM in doing it.
Import day-off for all SA, DSM & collectors (timesheet).
Confirm the delivery of POSM, MKT materials, pre-printed forms to POS/SA.
Find candidate/interview for new headcount recruitment.
