Interview) for admission to PGP 2022-24 as per the following schedule:

* The date and time of interview is provisional. IIM Shillong reserves the right to change (prepone/postpone) the
date and/or time of the interview at its own discretion. In the event of alteration of the interview date or time, the
applicant will be informed at least five days in advance by email.

Your participation in the online interview process will essentially mean that you unconditionally understand and
accept the terms and conditions of online interview which includes all of the following:

a) You shall NOT share the video conferencing link provided by Admissions Office.
b) You shall NOT record the video conferencing session.
c) You shall ensure that you will sit in a secluded room and no one else will be there in the room.
d) You shall ensure that you have the required device and Internet connectivity for video conferencing.
e) You understand IIM Shillong will not reimburse any expenses incurred by you, if any.

Please ensure that you create a single pdf file containing the scanned copy of the following documents in the given
order (name this file as your CAT 2021 Id, for example 21212121.pdf):

The Original ID Proof (Passport / PAN Card / Aadhar / Voter's Card / Permanent Driving License). This must
be the one which you had mentioned in the Online Interview Form.
CAT 2021 Admit Card
Interview Call letter.
All your mark-sheets and academic certificates of all the examinations that you have completed. Please
arrange the documents in reverse chronological order.
All your certificates of experience and extra-curricular activities. Please arrange the documents in reverse
chronological order.

Kindly note the following:

You will need to join the meeting using the link that will be provided to you in a separate mail at least 15
minutes before your time slot. You will be placed in the Waiting Room initially, and will be taken into the
Meeting Room at the slotted time, or once the Interview of your preceding candidate is over. Please wait in
the Waiting Room till you are admitted into the Meeting Room.
Once in the Meeting Room, upload the aforesaid pdf file using the Chat option in Zoom. This should be the
first thing that you do once in the Meeting Room.
You will not be allowed to participate in this stage of the admission process, if you fail to produce any of the
documents mentioned above.
