NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified that the following members of the Party Management Cell (PMC) are
hereby appointed:

1. Sher Ali Arbab Chairperson

2. Dr Abdullah Riar Co-chair
3. Siraj Ahmed Member / Secretary
4. Hafiz Ubaidullah Member / Project Director PMIS
5. Raja Yasir Humayun Member
6. Aftab Siddiqui Member
The Terms of Reference (ToRs) of the PMC are as follows:

1. Supervise and ensure digitization process of Party;

2. Ensuring seamless, 24/7, uninterrupted and smooth operations of Party Management
Information System (PMIS) / Raabta App in and outside Pakistan;
3. Communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders, technical partners and
regulators in relation to PMC;
4. Submit recommendations to CFB for required financial and human resources;
5. Interact with party organizations at all tiers for proper and timely implementation of
PMIS/ Raabta App;
6. Arrange for training sessions / modules, through Secretary Political Training and
Development in this regard;
7. Co-opt members as and when required, to be notified by the Chairman PMC with
prior approval of Secretary General.

All office bearers, organizations (including OIC Chapters) and staff are advised to fully co-
operate with PMC.
