B. Environmental Condition
In this analysis, we consider the object above soil as a general ton per meter area, which is
0,5 Ton/m^2. In other words, we do not offer the detailed list of the object above the soil.

C. Work Forces
Active force is an external force that affects the retaining wall to overturn or slide. It is
located at the backside of the retaining wall. Other than that, It contains some variety of
forces such as:
The force of the surround soil
The force of the water level involved
The force of the object above soil
Passive force is an external force that tends to reduce the effect of the active forces. It works
in opposite with the active forces, either the location.

TG0001 - RETAINING WALL ANALYSIS
The analysis will contain some different cases to know the reaction of the retaining wall due
to additional forces such as rain and weight above soil. At the end of the analysis, the reader
will know the condition of the retaining wall when it considers to overturn or slide.
Hopefully, through this analysis, the reader could avoid the overturning or sliding
circumtances later on. The analysis will put into considerations below these conditions:

According to the calculation, the present retaining wall is vulnerable to sliding occurance. It
would begin to slide when the soil is flooded by the rain water that would give water level
about 1 meter, measured from the baseline. Afterward, when the precipitation remains stable,
the retaining wall would fail in terms of overturning. The retaining wall would overturn when
the rain water level arrives at about 3 meter measured from the base line.
Point :
Water level @ 1 meter = Start to Sliding
Water Level @ 3 meter = Start to Overturning

TG0001 - RETAINING WALL ANALYSIS
In order to ensure the safetyness of the retaining wall, we all agree that the design of the
retaining wall should be modified. This statement is proven by the calculation above, which
says that the retaining wall would slide and afterward overturn. Hence, the modification is
expected to cover all the possibilities of the environmental occurance.
Speaking of which, I would offer three different modifications. All changes emerge an
additional foot at the bottom of the retaining wall.
